金泽大学通知：凭在留复印件就可以申请在留，感觉应该是跟日本法务局以及驻华使领馆说好了

这在之前是不可想象的。

原文如下

Dear XXX

This is Kanazawa University Newcomer Support Team.

We are sending your COE (PDF file). Please confirm that it is yours.

[Note]

(1) Your CoE will become valid after the entry restrictions is lifted. Usually, the period of validity is 3 months from the date of issue.

However, if the date you plan to enter Japan is later than the usual date of expiry, your CoE can be treated as valid for 6 months from the date that the entry restriction is lifted or by April 30, 2021 whichever comes earlier provided that it is accompanied by the Confirmation Document issued by Kanazawa University. We will issue the Confirmation Document later if necessary.

(2) Please use the printout of your CoE when you apply for the student visa and take the entrance inspection at an airport in Japan.

* The Immigration Bureau and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan permit to use the copy. When you prepare the printout (copy) of your CoE, please print all the pages of the PDF file.

〔補足・留意事項〕

(1) あなたのCoEは，日本への入国制限が解除されてから有効になります。通常の有効期限は発行日から3ヶ月間です。

ただし，あなたの入国（予定）日が，通常の有効期限以降になる場合は，本学が発行する「確認文書」と一緒に使用することにより，CoEの有効期限を入国制限解除日以降6ヶ月間または2021年4月30日のいずれか早い方まで有効として取扱いできます。確認文書については，必要に応じ，後日発行します。

(2) 留学ビザを申請するとき及び日本の空港で入国審査を受けるときは，お送りしたCoEを印刷して使用してください。

* 出入国在留管理庁及び外務省が，印刷してCoEを使用することを許可しています。CoEを印刷するときは，PDFファイルの全ページを印刷してください。
